This study attempts to assess the impact of outsourcing strategy on market performant In Nigerian GSM industry with special reference to two key players in Nigeria telecommunication Industry namely MTN Communication Nigeria Limited and Etisalat Nigeria Limited. The survey research design was adopted. Data collected from the survey were analyzed using the Bionomial logistic regression method of analysis was used. The results obtained showed that there is a strong relationship between outsourcing strategy and marke performance, cost saving, efficiency and quality services. The study therefore recommended tha more industry should embrace the outsourcing strategy in order to achieve their corporat performance and targeted high market share.
