dc.description.abstractTHIS ARTICLE WAS ABLE TO SHOW THE EASIEST WAY OF ACHIEVING TEACHING/ LEARNING OF ARABIC LANGUAGE TO ITS TEACHERS AND LELARNERS, BY DISCUSSING SOME METHODS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IDENTIFIED BY LANGUAGE OF TEACHING AS WELL AS LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES. THESE METHODS; GRAMMAR TRANSLATION, DIRECT, AUDIO LINGUA, COMMUNICATIVE LANGUAGE TEACHING, SILENT WAY , WERE DISCUSSED WITH THE CONSIDERATION OF THEIR CONCEPTS, MERITS AND GUIDING RULES FOR USING FOR EFFECTIVE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF ARABIC LANGUAGE AS A FOREIGN TONGUE IN NIGERIA.
