Specifically, it examines the roles of leadership training programs and mentoring/coaching in enhancing organizational sustainability. Utilizing a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 322 financial members of travel agencies, and multiple regression analysis was employed to analyze the relationships between the variables. The findings reveal that both leadership training and mentoring/coaching significantly influence the survival of travel agency businesses, with mentoring/coaching demonstrating a stronger impact. These results underscore the importance of structured succession planning practices in fostering a stewardship culture that prioritizes organizational well-being over individual gains. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the critical role of succession planning in ensuring the long-term viability of travel agencies, and it offers practical recommendations for industry stakeholders to enhance their succession strategies.
