Abstract
This chapter introduces and describes 22 African-centered research methods.
They range from the ancient Egyptian Rekh method to the contemporary Kwame
Nkrumah’s Consciensist method. Together, these research methods offer a healthy
corrective and/or augmentation to the preceding Western/Eurocentric methods
for the scientific investigation of African phenomena.
