It is an essential tool in achieving an objective. This study analyzed the effect of finance on academic performance of selected private secondary schools in lorin metropolis. The study specific objective is to ascertain the effect of finance on academic performance. The study employed mixed method using triangulation approach. 277 Questionnaire was distributed on-line; data gathered were analyzed using inferential descriptive statistics and interview. The interview conducted was analyzed using Nnivo 12. Multiple Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses and the result of the hypotheses showed the significant effect of finance on instructional quality design which was less than the p-value of 0.1. Based on the findings of the study, th" Yesults showed that finance has a significant effect on academic performance of selected private secondary schools in llorin metropolis. Therefore, the following recommendations were made, 26% of the total budget of the school should be allocated to promote education and there is the need for Philanthropist to assist the less privileged who are outstanding in academics but are financially constraint, they should be given scholarship awards, learning material to enhance their performance.

It coordinates all factors of production to achieve an objective. This study sought to analyze the effect of school management on academic performance of selected private secondary schools in llorin metropolis. The study specific objectives were to: i, determine the effect of educational innovation on student engagement and motivation. it: to examine the effect of decision making on accuracy and alignment of student. The study employed mixed method using triangulation approach. 277 Questionnaire was distributed online, data gathered were analyzed using inferential descriptive statistics and interview. The interview conducted was analyzed using Nnivo 12.Multiple Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses and the result of the hypotheses showed the significant effect of educational innovation on students engagement and motivation which was less than the p-value of 0.1. The result of decision making on student accuracy and alignment is statistically significant at 1%,Based on the findings of the study, the results showed that school management has a significant effect on academic performance of selected private secondary schools in llorin metropolis. Therefore, the following recommendations were made, educational innovation should be concentrated on that which will increase students test score and conceptual understanding as well as enhancing students creativity, imagination and problem -solving skills. Stakeholders are not to be neglected in decision making.
