A.Examining the impact of human resources incentives and its impact on employee job satisfaction among the staff of public health facility in Kwara State, Nigeria has not been fully explored in spite of the inherent and immense benefits. The study employed the descriptive research design method and collected data by selecting some healthcare staff of hospitals in Kwara State through the instrumentation of questionnaire and analysed using SPSS version 23, with a study population of 2,139 who are staff of public health facilities in Kwara State. The findings revealed a significant relationship between the three (3) dimensions of human resources incentives. However, it should be mentioned that the relationship between the dimensions of human resources incentives is not as strong as one might presume, this may be because there might be some other important variables or underlying factors that impact employee job satisfaction in Nigeria other than the three (3) tested dimensions of human resources incentives namely recognition, compensation and job security. It is therefore concluded that three (3) dimensions of human resources incentives selected for this research study catalyzed employee job satisfaction, thus generally recommended that supervisors should promote and ensure incentives like recognition, giving awards and commendations. Management and owners of public health facility should pay salaries promptly, give cash reward, ensure an effective insurance policy for employees and their dependants.
