This study examined effective communication and employee performance in Tuyil Pharmaceutical Company in Kwara State. Data were obtained through well-structured questionnaires which were administered to 267 respondents of which 74.25% males and 25.8% females who were majorly within the economic active ages of 18-30years. Both descriptive (frequency distribution and percentages) and inferential statistics (regression and ANOVA) were used to analyze the data obtained. The multiple regresion analysis showed a fit to predict employee performance; hence effective communication had impacts on employee performance in Tuyil Pharmaceutical Company. It is therefore recommended for the management of Tuyil to strengthen formal communication channels as the informal channels had weak effects in producing higher performance.
