| dc.description.abstract | he study assessed critically the effect of the Coronavirus pandemic on public sector, the broad objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of Coronavirus on the activities of Kwara State Civil Servants. Specifically, the study seeks to examine the effect of Coronavirus on Kwara State Civil Service, questionnaires also seek to capture the concerns and expectations of public sector workers in dealing with the pandemic, and to glean suggestions on how best to manage the situation. the researcher used a purposive sampling to choose the sample for the study. Its implications for the future of work was also assessed and recommendation such as restructuring of the civil service, overhauling the social investment program, and development of realistic fiscal plan were suggested as solution towards tackling any future expected threat such like the pandemic. | |
