A correlational research design was adopted for the study; a stratified sampling technique was employed to select eight (8) higher institutions in the region. Their validity and reliability were acceptable at 0.67 and 0.71, respectively. The study employed the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient to test the null hypotheses.
